Come alive with the sea and her abundance
Join us by the Atlantic ocean as the summer arrives. Together as a village we harvest the riches of the ocean as she nourishes and revitalises us. We will play, sing, craft, hunt, gather, cook and connect to this wonderfull landscape of entrancing rockpools, lush blue waters, rugged cliffs, wonderfull wildlife and ancient sites.
What
As the summer arrives we head to where the cool ocean breeze welcomes us….
At this time of year the sea is rich with food.
We will find colourful seaweeds in all shapes,
different tastes and packed full of nutrients as well as sea shore plants which give us sweet and salty tastes and are the ancestors to some of our
favourite cultivated vegetables. Above all, the sea is calm now allowing us easy and safe access for catching fish, crabs and lobsters.
The oceans treasures will nourish us from the inside but also from the outside when we, for example, use the gel of the seaweeds to beautify and heal our skin. The long days will give us plenty of time for harvesting and gathering food as well as for crafting, playing, swimming or just relaxing.
Together we will indulge in the richness of this landscape and through that connect deeper to nature and to the core of ourselves.

Near Pendeen In West Penwith, Cornwall
We camp on Lisa and Piers` beautifull farm and rewilding project with woods, meadows and wetland settled beneath the Heath. There are hot showers and compost loos.
For Whom
For adults and families. No previous experiece necessary . Reasonable fitness is recomended for some activities.
